What's up with people who don't ever call you back, and you're pretty sure they don't hate you, because they greet you honestly and enthusiastically every time you see them?

Amazon finally decided to get my "The !!!! Beat" DVD and is shipping it sometime this week. I ordered it February, but I guess it worked out once I complained, because I got $20 credit and upgraded to overnight shipping for the DVD. And I now coincidentally have a free trial period of Amazon Prime. Not so bad!
