I attempted to make a cheesecake, a skill I hope to master because we all know well that it's the undisputed food of the gods. After throwing the ingredients together and whatnot, I put it in the refridgerator to let it cool. I tasted it; it was still a bit moist, but that will hopefully leave after it fully cools. Wow. I can cook.

I read a bit on epistemology, which is basically the philosopical study of knowledge. Pretty interesting.
